How do I pay for my Kira assessment?

Some schools require applicants to pay a fee to complete their Kira assessment. If your assessment includes a payment step, it will appear on your Check-In page. Not all assessments require payment.

How does the payment process work?

Click Payment on your Check-In page to open the payment window. Your location will be identified automatically to calculate applicable taxes. If you are in a country where tax rates vary by region (such as Canada), you will be asked to enter your postal code.

If you have a coupon code, click Add Coupon, enter your code, and the total will update accordingly. If you have a 100% discount code, you do not need to enter any payment information.

Once you are ready, click Pay by Card, enter your credit card information, and click Complete Checkout.

Can I use a debit card or PayPal?

We recommend using a credit card or PayPal. Our payment system does not fully support debit cards, and using one may cause the transaction to fail.

Can I get a refund?

If you believe you have been charged in error, you can request a refund by contacting us at support@kiratalent.com.
