What do I do if my Kira link isn't working?
If you are having trouble accessing your Kira assessment or interview, you may be seeing one of the error messages below. Find the message that matches what you see on your screen for guidance on next steps.
"This assessment/interview is closed"
This means you are attempting to access an assessment after its deadline has passed, or an interview after its scheduled start time. Please contact the school you are applying to directly for next steps.
"You no longer have access to this assessment/interview"
This means your access to this assessment or interview has been revoked by the school. Please contact the school you are applying to directly for next steps.
"Sorry, you cannot access this assessment/interview without an invitation"
This means you cannot complete this assessment or interview without a specific invitation from the school. If you have been invited, make sure you are using the unique link from your original invitation email or registration confirmation email. Do not use a link shared by another applicant, as each link is unique to the individual.
"Your email address is already registered for this assessment/interview"
This means you have already registered for this assessment or interview. You do not need to register again. Check your inbox for your original invitation email or registration confirmation email and use the link there to return to your Check-In page.
"You cannot register for this assessment/interview without an invitation"
This means you cannot register without a specific invitation from the school. If you have been invited, make sure you are using the unique link from your original invitation email or registration confirmation email.
I lost my invitation email. What do I do?
First, check your spam, junk, and trash folders for the invitation email.
