Can I come back to complete the assessment after registering?

Yes! To access your “Check-in” page again after registering, please use the link you received in your invitation or registration email. You can return to practice and/or start your assessment anytime before your deadline.


I lost my online assessment invitation, what do I do?

First, make sure your assessment invitation isn't in your Trash or Junk/Spam folders. If you still can't find it, please Contact Us using the email address you were originally invited with. We can help you find it from there :)


My online assessment link isn't working. What do I do?

If your assessment link isn't working for any reason, you can get help using our Chat Bot found under the green "Need Help?" button on the top right of your assessment page. Alternatively, you can send us an email including any relevant screenshots.


Why can't I edit my email address in registration?

Your email address is used as a unique identifier that the school or organization requires for each applicant. If you wish to change it, please reach out to them directly.


Why does it say that my email address is already registered for this assessment?

This error message means that you’re trying to access an online assessment that you've already registered for. Please check your email inbox for your registration confirmation, as we’ve automatically sent it to you again.


Why won't my welcome video play?

If you're receiving an error message when trying to play your welcome video, or if your welcome video won't play, you're likely working from behind an adblocker. Please disable your adblocker, refresh the page, and try again.


Why can't I upload my photo?

Photos take up to 10 seconds to upload to the Kira platform. If you think you’ve uploaded your photo but it's not appearing, please refresh your page. If it's still not working, please send us an email.
