Disable Adblockers

Device Setup

During Device Setup, you may see two "info" icons reminding you to disable your browser's adblocker and firewalls. Unlike the check marks above, these steps are not automatically tested for you, so you'll have to do a manual check. Please note that these grey info icons are just reminders, and will not change to green checkmarks.


Disable Ad Blockers on a Chrome Browser

1. Follow the instructions in this Chrome help article to disable Chrome's ad blocker: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/7632919?hl=en.

2. Check for ad blocker extensions by clicking the "Chrome Menu" icon from the browser toolbar > Highlight "Tools" > Click "Extensions" from the sub-menu.

3. In the Extensions menu, find the installed ad blocker and un-check the box to disable it.

Lastly, refresh your browser.


Disable Ad Blockers on a FireFox Browser

1. Follow the instructions in this Firefox help article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1198516,

2. Click the "FireFox Menu" icon from the browser toolbar > Click "Add-Ons" to open up the Add-Ons Manager Window.

3. Click on "Extensions" > Find the installed Adblocker and click "Disable" to disable it.

Lastly, refresh your browser.


Disable Ad Blockers on a Safari Browser

1. Click the "Safari" menu in the toolbar> Click "Preferences" to open up the Preferences Menu.

2. In the Preferences Menu, Click on the "Extensions" icon > Find the installed Adblocker and un-check the box to disable it.

Lastly, refresh your browser.
