Disable Adblockers

Check In Page

If your Check In page appears blank, or you're unable to click "Watch Video" or "Register", please disable your adblocker and refresh the page to try again.


Device Setup

During Device Setup, you may see a grey info ("i") icon reminding you to disable your browser's adblocker. Unlike the browser check above, this step is not automatically tested for you, so you'll need to check manually. Please note that this grey icon is just a reminder, and will not change to a green checkmark once you've disabled your adblocker. Please click "Next" if you're able.

And don't worry, we promise not to show you any ads! :)


Disable Adblockers on Google Chrome

1. Follow the instructions in this Chrome help article to disable your adblocker.

2. Check for adblocker extensions by clicking the menu icon on the right of your browser toolbar, highlight "More Tools", and click "Extensions".

3. In the Extensions menu, find the installed adblocker and toggle the switch off to disable it.

4. Lastly, please refresh your browser.


Disable Adblockers on FireFox

1. Follow the instructions in this Firefox help article.

2. Check for adblocker extensions by clicking the menu icon on the right of your browser toolbar, and click "Add-Ons".

3. Click on "Extensions", find the installed adblocker, and click "Disable".

4. Lastly, please refresh your browser.


Disable Adblockers on Safari

1. Click the "Safari" menu in your computer's toolbar, and click "Preferences".

2. In the Preferences menu, click on the "Extensions" icon, find the installed adblocker and un-check the box to disable it.

3. Lastly, please refresh your browser.
