How do I know my Kira assessment or interview was submitted?
At the end of your assessment or interview, you will be able to watch a closing video and provide feedback about your experience. Afterwards, you will see a summary page stating "You have completed your assessment" or "You have completed your interview."
You can confirm your submission at any time by clicking the unique link in your invitation email. If your assessment or interview was submitted successfully, the link will bring you to a submission confirmation page instead of your Check-In page.

Why hasn't the status on my application updated?
If the status of your application has not updated immediately after completing your Kira assessment or interview, there is likely a delay between Kira and the school's application system. These are separate platforms, and updates may not sync instantly.
We recommend checking again within 24 hours. If the status still has not updated, follow up with the school directly, as their application portal is outside of the Kira platform.
Can I review my responses after they are submitted?
No. Once your assessment or interview is complete, you cannot review your recorded responses. Your responses can only be accessed by the school you applied to.
We recommend completing the practice questions before your real assessment to become familiar with the platform and confirm that your audio and video quality are working well.
Can I redo my assessment or interview after submitting?
In most cases, no. Once your assessment or interview has been submitted, it is considered ready for review by the school. In certain cases, a partial or full retake may be granted. If you believe there was a technical issue or other valid reason that affected your submission, please contact us.
