Applicant integrity

Kira Talent and our clients value academic integrity while completing online asynchronous assessments. As such, the Kira Talent platform tracks suspicious and/or fraudulent applicant behavior and reports this information back to school/organization on a per-applicant basis. 

This includes typing speed, browser refreshes, technical issues, and internet disconnections.

(However, browser refreshes are not tracked during live interviews in Kira. If you experience any issues during a live interview, you may refresh the page).
